Times Square Wishing Wall Turns Wishes Into Confetti

POSTED BY

Times Square New Year's Eve_nyconthecheap.com

Make your wishes for 2020 part of the confetti that sprinkles celebrants at the world’s largest New Year’s Eve party, in Times Square.

Once again this year, you can add your own wishes, hopes and dreams to the annual virtual Times Square New Year’s Eve Wishing Wall.

Each year, people from around the planet include their wishes for the new year on pieces of official Times Square New Year’s Eve confetti, either digitally or in person.

Whether it’s a personal goal, a dream for the future, or doing something for the very first time, these wishes become part of the  more than one ton of confetti that floats down at midnight onto the revelers in Times Square at the stroke of midnight, to celebrate the new year.

Be a part of this most magical night by making your wish in person through the Times Square Mobile Wishing Wall on the plaza at Broadway between 45th amd 46th Streets, between 11am and 8pm daily.

Or, do it electronically.

Click here to add your wish to the Online Wishing Wall.

Or, share your New Year’s wish on Twitter and Instagram using #ConfettiWish.

Your wish will be added it to the thousands of others released above Times Square at midnight on New Year’s Eve for all the world to see!.

Note that wishes submitted after December 28th will be saved for New Year’s Eve a year from now - on December 31st next year - meaning your wish is for 2021, not 2020.

My wish is for peace on earth.  What’s yours?

You can fulfill a wish from one of New York City’s poor and homeless to be warm this winter by donating a coat or jacket to the annual New York Cares Winter Coat Drive.

Donate at NYPD precincts, libraries and other locations.

Details here.
