Papa Johns is introducing a new pizza - NY Style pizza.
The company describes it as made with hand-stretched dough, oversized, and with easy-to-fold slices.
That’s the only kind of pizza real New Yorkers eat - and the only way we eat it, whether we get our pizza from one of the many 99 cent and $1 slice shops or from a NYC restaurant famous for its wood-fired pizza.
Okay back to what Papa Johns called NY Style pizza.
It’s made with fresh, never frozen, six-ingredient dough.
It features eight large and wide foldable slices cut from a 16-inch pie, and finished with favorite toppings, including pepperoni.
It’s available for a limited-time - through March 13, 2022.
It’s priced at $13 for a one-topping pizza, which is competitive with real NYC pizza from local NYC pizza joints.
Papa Rewards members get exclusive early access this week, and it’s being rolled out nationally on Monday, Dec. 27.

“The crust made with our signature, six-ingredient dough and delicious toppings is what truly set our NY Style pizza apart and offers pizza-lovers a new way to experience this East Coast staple, no matter where they live or how they choose to enjoy it,” the press release continues.
