Free and Cheap Events Calendar

nyc on the cheapLooking for something to do around New York City? Here’s a list of upcoming free and cheap events.

Now that NYC is re-opening again, our NYC on the Cheap events calendar features both virtual and in-person events, including free museum admission.

After all, New York City is the greatest city on the planet, and there's something to do here every day.

Click each title to see more information about the event or deal. You can also view the whole month (click “By Month”) or see a specific date (click By Day).

We strive to be accurate, but venues and organizations sometimes change their plans and sometimes their prices without notifying us. And sometimes the weather forces cancellation of an outdoor event at the last minute.

So It's always smart to phone ahead or check the event's  website or social media before heading out.

You can also submit your event or deal.  Email us at [email protected] and we'll check it out.

We also invite you to subscribe to NYC on the Cheap.  It's free to subscribe.

Subscribers get one email a day, Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturday.

Subscribers also get access to special subscriber-only deals and giveaways, including free tickets to shows, sample products and more.
