Cheesecake lovers can get $20 back on another dessert because of the Great Cream Cheese Shortage this holiday season.
Philadelphia Cream Cheese is in short supply, and Kraft is turning the problem into a marketing opportunity and keep us thinking about the brand even while shelves are empty.
For a limited time, the company will reimburse you up to $20 to buy or make any other dessert, or when you eat out in a restaurant, including cookies, brownies, cupcakes, apple pie and more.
According to CNN, the Great Cream Cheese shortage is also affecting NYC’s world famous Junior’s Cheesecake, which is made with the Philadelphia brand.
Junior’s has popular restaurants in Times Square and it’s flagship location in Brooklyn, where cheesecake is in short supply.
