Freebie Friday: Once again, the NBC Today Show is featuring FREE Summer Concerts in Rockefeller Plaza, beginning tomorrow with Puff Daddy, and Celine Dion, Alicia Keyes, Nick Jonas, Meghan Trainor and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis later in the season.
The concerts are broadcast live during the Today Show, between 7AM and 9AM, and there’s usually an additional concert for the crowd after the show goes off the air.
There are no tickets. It’s first come, first served for the available space, so be there by 6:30AM if you want to be close enough to see anything.
It’s the battle of the Friday Freebie concerts, since Today Show competitor Good Morning America (GMA) also has a FREE Friday summer concert series, in Central Park
