Bareburger The award-winning all-natural burger spot has added the Impossible Burger to the menu at their flagship restaurant on LaGuardia Place. Available for lunch and dinner daily, Sun.-Thurs. from 11am-10:30pm, Fri./Sat. from 11am-11pm.
Public This is the first Michelin-starred restaurant to serve the Impossible Burger. Available at the bar Tuesday to Thursday from 6-10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 6-11pm at the bar. At weekend brunch, it’s available Sat./Sun. both at the bar and in the dining room, from 10:30am-3:30pm. Aalso available at PUBLIC’s sister bar, The Daily, beginning Tues.-Sun, from 5pm.
Saxon + Parole The American-style bistro—one of New York’s hottest destinations for brunch—is serving the Impossible Burger in the evening. Available Sun.-Thurs. from 6-10pm and Fri./Sat. from 5-11pm. And during weekend brunch, 10am-3:15pm on Sat & Sun.
Momofuku Nishi The Impossible Burger Nishi-style is here and on the menu thanks to well-known chef (and meat lover) David Chang. Available daily at brunch and lunch, from 12pm–3pm.
