The first outpost of the popular Korean cosmetics and skin care line Tony Moly is now open in Midtown’s Koreatown, just steps from the sprawling brand name cosmetic, skin care and perfume counters at Macy’s.
Tony Moly is much cheaper than department store brands and Sephora brands, with prices ranging from $3 to $15. Products are packaged in cute, candy cane colored containers with cute names in inventive shapes that just might be too cute for a grown-up who likes affordable cosmetics and skin care products.
Tony Moly is at 316 Fifth Avenue, at 32nd St., but the entrance is on 32nd, not on Fifth. There are grand opening specials, including half off on some items.
