THE AFTERMATH Preview Free Ticket Giveaway

POSTED BY
Evelyn Kanter

Once again, NYC on the Cheap is delighted to give away tickets to a movie preview screening.

This time, it’s to THE AFTERMATH, a searing film about love and loss, betrayal and new beginnings, in the aftermath of World War Two.

The free preview screening is 7pm Wed., March 13 on the Upper West Side, before the film opens to the general public this weekend.

NYC on the Cheap is giving away 30 admit-two passes, for a total of 60 tickets, to the first 30 NYCOTC followers who request them.

THE AFTERMATH Synopsis:

THE AFTERMATH is set in postwar Germany in 1946. Rachael Morgan (Keira Knightley) arrives in the ruins of Hamburg in the bitter winter, to be reunited with her husband Lewis (Jason Clarke), a British colonel charged with rebuilding the shattered city.

But as they set off for their new home, Rachael is stunned to discover that Lewis has made an unexpected decision: They will be sharing the grand house with its previous owners, a German widower (Alexander Skarsgård) and his troubled daughter. In this charged atmosphere, enmity and grief give way to passion and betrayal.

Director: James Kent

Cast: Keira Knightley, Alexander Skarsgård, Jason Clarke

When all 30 admit-two sign-ups have been claimed, the sign-up link will stop working.

Please do not sign up if you cannot attend, since you will be depriving two other NYCOTC followers from enjoying this film.

Be on line at least 30 minutes before the scheduled film start to ensure entry.

Thanks to Fox Searchlight films for providing NYCOTC with these free preview screening passes.
