NYC insider tips on how to get hard-to-get tickets to FREE Shakespeare in the Park performances, instead of lining up as early as 6AM for tickets to same day performances at the outdoor Delacorte Theater in Central Park.
See Cymbeline, performances July 23 to August 23, featuring (alphabetically) Teagle F. Bougere, Kate Burton, Raúl Esparza, David Furr, Hamish Linklater, Jacob Ming-Trent, Patrick Page, Lily Rabe, & Steven Skybell
- For the disabled and those over 65 (proof of age required.) — there’s a separate, seated line for Shakespeare in the Park tickets on specified benches in front of the theater box office. Maximum 2 tickets per person.
- Avoid the ticket line entirely by signing up for the daily virtual ticket lottery. Register online — click here to register — and enter after midnight of the day you want to attend. Log in the afternoon of the performance to see if you’ve been chosen.
