See a FREE screening of Selma, the Oscar-nominated film, in Harlem on Monday, January 19, the holiday celebrating Martin Luther King Jr.
This screening is at the famous Abyssinian Baptist Church, and is open to adults and children. This free screening is separate from the offer for 7th, 8th and 9th graders in NYC to see Selma for free.
Doors open at 9:30am, and there are no reservations. A Q&A with attorney Ted Wells Jr. follows the screening.
Selma has been nominated for the Oscar for Best Picture of the Year.
Free admission for Selma is available through Monday, Jan. 19 for NYC middle schoolers with a school ID at the following NYC theaters:
