Allstate Insurance has set up six Mobile Claims Centers to help policyholders throughout the Northeast begin the process of filing claims in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. These are self-contained motor coaches are equipped with generators, satellite technology and high-speed internet connectivity staffed by members of Allstate’s National Catastrophe Team.
All the Sandy Mobile Claims Centers are open daily — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Allstate policyholders whose homes or automobiles have been damaged or destroyed by Sandy can contact Allstate by visiting their local agent, calling 1-800-54-STORM, visiting a Mobile Claims Center.
