Red Rooster departs from its southern menu for a $55 price fixe menu based on the Swedish roots of celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson, with Swedish meatballs, ham, potato casserole, and braised cabbage with bacon. Red Rooster is at Lenox Ave. and 125th St.
