This week, Monday, Nov. 30 to Friday, Dec. 4th, has a holiday tree lighting every night, including the world-famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. Here’s the schedule for the festivities, FREE to attend. Bring the kids and dress warmly.
Monday:
Winter’s Eve in Lincoln Square is a block party of entertainers, including from Broadway shows, activities for kids and more.
Tuesday:
Bryant Park Tree Lighting and Skate-tacular ice skating show with Olympic medalists Brian Boitano and Johnny Weir.
South Street Seaport Tree Lighting and photos with Santa
Wednesday:
Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, the biggie, with singers, ice skaters, and stars of NBC TV who work in 30 Rock
Thursday:
Central Park Christmas Tree and visit with Santa
Sunday to Sunday:
Nightly lighting of Hanukkah menorahs at Grand Army Plaza, Fifth Avenue at 58th St., and Grand Army Plaza, Prospect Park, Brooklyn
