Take the subway to Iceland. Experience the best of Iceland at the four-day Taste of Iceland festival of food and drink, film and fashion, music and literature in NYC, Sept 28 to Oct. 1.
Taste of Iceland includes special menus, mixology classes featuring Iceland’s own Reyka Vodka, and more, including participation by Iceland’s First Lady, Eliza Reid.
All events are FREE and there’s also a special four-course dinner menu at the restaurant Norman that is not free.
Events are in Brooklyn, at Nitehawk Cinema, Artists and Fleas, Spoonbill & Sugartown Booksellers, Okay Space, and a concert at The Knitting Factory. Each event requires an RSVP for admission, to ensure space.
