Library After Hours is an occasional FREE evening event with special guided tours, a DJ, food, drinks and more, at the NYPL’s iconic main branch on Fifth Ave.
The next Library After Hours on Friday, June 2nd celebrates the library’s newest exhibition, Viewpoints: Latin America in Photographs.More than 100 images from the 1860s to the present explore our perceptions what shaped what both foreigners and locals have had of the geography, people, and rich culture of Latin America.
Music will be DJ’ed by friends from Luaka Bop records, and special food, drinks, and photography activities will round out the evening.
The next Library After Hours is Friday, June 2nd, 7pm to 10 pm. It’s the type of event that draws a huge crowd, with huge lines waiting to get in.
Priority Access Tickets available to enter at 7pm are all signed up and gone, so you will have to join the crowd for general admission. Be aware of scammers and scalpers selling the free tickets. And, you must be 21+ to attend, and bring a photo ID.
