The 13th eleventh annual NYC Harlem Week kicks off Sunday, July 30th with the traditional A Great Day in Harlem.
It’s a day-long collection of FREE family-oriented music and dance events, arts and crafts, a fashion show and more, including a mini job fair. New this year is a technology pavilion.
Harlem Week really should be called Harlem Month, with several events on weekends through mid-August.
Here’s the Harlem Week kick-off events this Sunday, all at U. S. Grant National Memorial Park, 122nd St. and Riverside Drive, or at Sakura Park, adjacent to the monument.
