Take a FREE ride between Manhattan and Brooklyn in a classic wooden power boat.
A fleet of vintage Riva boats will cruise across the East River four evenings next week, turning NYC into a local version of the French Riviera.
Sign-up now for a trip in one of these classic, collector-owned wood and wood-trimmed boats.
The boats will cruise between Pier 25 in Manhattan (near Hudson River Park on West Street) and ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina in Brooklyn (12 Joralemon Street), from 4pm to 8pm.
It is a promotion for Stella Artois beer and its new ad campaign, “Summer Like You’re On Vacation”.
Be forewarned – you get a FREE one-way ride, not a round-trip, since it’s being promoted as a way to avoid your typical evening commute filled with Penn Station construction, hot subway platforms and L train delays.
Oh, yes – you get an ice cold drink to accompany you on the journey. One guess what that drink will be.
The rolling boat reservation system opens at Noon each day for trips the following week, as follows:
- Tuesday, July 23 reservations open for next Tuesday, July 30
- Wednesday, July 24 reservation open for next Wednesday, July 31
- Thursday, July 25 reservations open for next Thursday, August 1
- Friday, July 26 reservations open for next Friday, August 2
Or, get on board for a party boat with music and dancing.
Shake off the workday with an after-work cruise around NYC on a stylish yacht. Enjoy amazing 360-degree views of the city while dancing to live DJs, and food and drinks available to purchase.
Rock the boat on this late-night Hip Hop vs. Reggae Yacht Party, with some of the best music to get everyone on the dance floor, every Friday night in August and September. Whether you like the pulsating beats of hip hop or the smooth riddims of reggae, this is the ride for you. With great views of the city, beautiful people, two floors of music and an onboard bar, this party will sail deep into the night.
