Discover the fascinating and little-known history of Africans in India, in a fascinating and FREE exhibit at the Schomburg branch of the NY Public Library. These are the last two weeks for the exhibit, which closes on July 13. The Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture is at 135th St. and Lenox Ave. The #2 and #3 trains stop at the front door.
Another FREE exhibit is at the Lincoln Center branch of the NY Public Library, tracing 100 years of Flamenco in New York City. Read the full NYCOTC posting here. That exhibit is open through the first week of August.
