This is your excuse to stuff yourself with ice cream and feel good about it. Scooper Bowl is the nation’s largest all-you-can-eat ice cream festival, a charity fund-raiser for kids with cancer and for cancer research. Scooper Bowl is a three-day ice cream extravaganza in Bryant Park, June 1-3. Get early bird discount tickets now. 100% of ticket sales support the cancer charities.
Scooper Bowl has been a Boston tradition for 35 years. The first Scooper Bowl New York showcases dozens of flavors scooped and served by top national brands, favorite local NYC craft creameries and vegan brands, including (alphabetically, since that’s the only fair way):
- Adirondack Creamery,
- Baskin-Robbins,
- Ben & Jerry’s,
- Big Gay Ice Cream,
- Breyers,
- Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory,
- Coolhaus,
- Graeter’s Ice Cream,
- Häagen Dazs,
- Vice Cream,
- Wafels & Dinges (Belgian ice creams)
There also will be non-dairy offerings from DF Mavens (vegan ice creams) and SAMBAZON (superfruit frozen sorbets). Breads Bakery and UnReal Candy will provide artisanal toppings.
Early-bird tickets for Scooper Bowl New York are $20 per day, through May 31. Purchase tickets here.
Just like theater tickets and airline tickets, you purchase for a specific day – you can’t purchase a ticket for Friday and use it Saturday.
Tickets will be sold on-site for $25 per day. If you can’t attend, you can still make a donation to The Jimmy Fund on the Scooper Bowl website.
Come to the Bryant Park Fountain Terrace, 12pm-9pm on Thursday, June 1, Friday, June 2, and Saturday, June 3, and eat as much ice cream as you wish.
100% of proceeds benefit the Jimmy Fund, which supports pediatric and adult cancer care and research at Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and pediatric care at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, a provider of rehabilitative medicine for catastrophic injury and illness, clinical care, medical education, and advanced research.
Note to our friends in and around Boston – Scooper Bowl will be at City Hall Plaza June 7-9
