It’s called 12 Past 12, and includes such hotspots as Haven Rooftop lounge at Sanctuary Hotel and the Aspen Club, and such classic Irish bars as St. Andrews and The Mean Fiddler. 12 Past 12 after midnight deals are through the end of March. NYCOTC is hoping the program is extended.
