Eat your way around the world tomorrow and Sunday at the 42nd Annual Ninth Avenue International Food Festival. It’s one of the biggest and best tasting street fairs in NYC, with more than 200 food, arts and crafts vendors, a tent for children’s activities, and musical performances reflecting the international flavor of Ninth Avenue.
Best of all, profits from the festival stay in the neighborhood to support local community programs, scholarship, children’s programs, activities for seniors and holiday giveaways to needy families and neighborhood churches. So you are eating good food for a good cause.
Rain or shine, noon to 5 p.m., on Ninth Avenue between 42nd and 57th Streets, Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17, 2015.
