Monday Menus: Get a taste of Super Bowl XLVIII at the first ever NFL restaurant, in Times Square. Forty Ate is decorated with the full set of 47 Super Bowl rings and other NFL artifacts, plus a fan friendly menu and NFL players dining at the restaurant throughout the week the restaurant is open, for one week only, Monday, Jan. 27 through Game Day.
Forty Ate will be located at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel, Seventh Avenue at 48th Street in Times Square, which is being re-named Super Bowl Boulevard for the pre-game festivities. The restaurant is open for lunch, diner and what’s called “bar bites” throughout the day, and offers expansive views of the street party through large picture windows. It’s not exactly NYC on the cheap, but how many chances in life are there to drink in all 47 Super Bowl rings in one place over a beer or two? NYCOTC recommends you visit early in the week, before the bulk of the crowds arrive for the Big Game and all the FREE Super Bowl events in Times Square.
