McDonald’s Free Daily Deals for 11 Days

POSTED BY
Evelyn Kanter

Deal Alert: McDonald’s is unwrapping big savings for the holidays.

For 11 days, from Dec. 14 to 24, 2020, there’s a different freebie each day with a $1 minimum purchase.

The holiday giveaway is a twist on the chain’s celebrity orders program to bring some extra cheer to fans this holiday season.

Starting Dec. 14, McDonald’s is giving away the favorite menu items of classic holiday characters, including a McFlurry for Frosty the Snowman, syrupy Hotcakes for Buddy the Elf and an Egg McMuffin for the Grinch,  through daily in-app deals.

Each day, McDonald’s will feature a different holiday character and give away their go-to order for FREE with a $1 minimum purchase at participating locations — exclusively through its app.

The promotion ends with with a certain jolly somebody’s favorite treat: FREE soft-baked chocolate chip cookies on Dec. 24.

Here’s what’s on the menu for the daily offer:

Dec. 14 – Double Cheeseburger

Dec. 15 – Big Mac

Dec. 16 – Egg McMuffin

Dec. 17 – McDouble

Dec. 18 – Medium Fries

Dec. 19 – Chicken McNuggets (6-piece)

Dec. 20 – Hotcakes

Dec. 21 – Any Size Hot or Iced Coffee

Dec. 22 – Any Size McFlurry

Dec. 23 – Bakery Item

Dec. 24 – Chocolate Chip Cookies (2-pack or 3-pack)

Remember, these daily offers are available only via the McDonald’s app.  The deal is not available in-restaurant. Plus, the item is only FREE with an additional purchase of at least $1.

NYCOTC Tip:

For bargain hunters, the least expensive “additional purchase” option at many locations is a fountain drink (any size), which sells for just one buck.
