MTC’s virtual Spring Gala, NYC MTC, is Thursday, June 10th at 7pm, and available on demand after that through June 14.
More about the event and about MTC from the MTC website:
After more than a year with our stages empty, MTC is calling on our extended family of artists, creators, and collaborators to kick off a triumphant return to our theatres.
This virtual event will celebrate the unique ways in which MTC is embedded in the cultural landscape of the city and our lasting impact on artists and audiences alike.
The evening will feature some of MTC’s most beloved family members—treasured artists, loyal supporters, students, educators, and many others—as they reflect on what MTC means to them.
See some of your favorite New Yorkers on your screen before you run into them in person back at the theatre.
The event is free to view, but all donations will ensure MTC is able to continue its mission to develop and produce innovative theatre of the highest quality by American and international playwrights, with a focus on presenting New York, American, and world premieres, and to sustain our efforts to bring the power of live theatre into the lives of students.
