The free tax help is through April 15th, plus two NYPL branches offering assistance beyond the April 15th filing deadline date for you procrastinators.

Locations labeled E-file offer computers for you to file your tax return online with help from a tax assistant.
Locations labeled AARP and VITA have IRS-trained volunteers to help you prepare basic income tax returns.
