Free swing dance at Lincoln Center

There’s FREE swing dancing at Lincoln Center on Friday, to a live band. Unlike the annual Midsummer Night Swing, this dance is indoors, to the toe-tapping sounds of the local dance band Loser’s Lounge. They play music from the 60s through 80s, honoring artists from Abba and Bowie to XTC and The Zombies.  So the action on the dance floor will be more than old-fashioned Swing and Lindy Hop.

Even though the Loser’s Lounge Dance Party is on Friday, it’s part of the Target Free Thursdays series at the David Rubenstein Atrium at Broadway and 63rd St.  The action starts at 7:30 PM.
