Pollan, known for his books The Omnivore’s Dilemma, The Botany of Desire and In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto, and many articles in the New York Times Sunday Magazine, will read from and discuss his newest book, Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation.The free food lecture is 7 PM, Tuesday, April 23rd.
