This is the second of three weeks of FREE holiday concerts weekday evenings at the InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel. The hotel’s fifth annual Choral Arts Celebration is one of New York’s most comprehensive, with a wide array of top vocal ensembles from the NYC metropolitan area, including young performers from one of New York City’s public schools.
They are performing weeknights through Dec. 23rd, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (with a half hour break at 6:15 p.m.) in the hotel lobby. The Barclay is at 111 East 48th St., at Madison Ave. Here is the schedule for this week:
December 9 – The SymphoNY Chorus – Choir with a passion for sacred and holiday music.
December 10 – Big Apple Chorus – “Extraordinary group of ordinary men” with New York attitude and love of Broadway, in its 26th year.
December 11- Holy Trinity Select Choir – High school ensemble performs classical to pop music, have appeared at Radio City.
December 12 – Harmony Celebration Chorus – An exciting four-part a cappella women’s ensemble singing in the barbershop style.
December 13 – Frank Sinatra School of the Arts Chamber Chorus – A group of 25 singers performing a cappella ensemble music from FSSA founded by Tony Bennett.

Known for originality and diversity of its programming and the beauty of its sound.
December 17 – Khorikos
A cappella ensemble dedicated to distinctive interpretations of musical works ranging from medieval polyphony to contemporary sound sculpture.
December 18 – Sirens of Gotham
A fresh take on women’s a cappella and member of Manhattan chapter of Sweet Adelines International.
December 19 – The Renaissance Street Singers
Performing of 15th and 16th century sacred music.
December 20 – Big Apple Chorus
“Extraordinary group of ordinary men” with New York attitude, love of Broadway, in its 26th year.
December 23 – MORE Opera Holiday Choral Ensemble
Ensemble of opera singers performing holiday music from around the world.
