The Castello Cheese pop-up store in Soho is offering FREE cooking classes three days a week through July 6. The classes all involve cheese, of course, including how to make the perfect panini and fondue, and why cheese and jelly is better than peanut butter and jelly.
You can also see food artist Jim Victor cut the cheese, including a cheese version of Lower Manhattan. And, of course, you can shop for cheese.
Castello has been making cheese since 1893, from cow’s milk only.
The Castello Cheese Pop-Up Store is at 462 West Broadway. Open daily, Noon to 7PM, through Sunday, July 6.
