The Four Seasons Food Truck will be serving recipes by John Johnson, executive chef of the Four Seasons Hotel New York, including his house made Italian sausage and pepper hoagie, stout braised short rib sliders on a cheddar brioche, pastrami soft pretzels with purple mustards, kale salad cones, green gazpacho shots with bourbon bon bons, and black and white cookies for dessert.
All items are $10 or less. A portion of the Food Truck revenue for the week will be donated to New Yorkers For Children. New Yorkers For Children (NYFC) works in partnership with the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to improve the prospects of children supported by the child welfare system and to engage New Yorkers in that effort.
