New York City plays a central role in each of the five movies in the Central Park Film Festival 2014. The FREE outdoor screenings start tonight with the theme “Scenes from Our City”. Movies begin at 8 PM, rain or shine, through Friday, and a DJ gets everybody in the mood starting at 6:30 PM, when gates open.
Here’s the schedule:
Monday, August 18: Big 1988 (PG)
Tuesday, August 19: The Royal Tenenbaums 2001 (R)
Wednesday, August 20: The Way We Were 1973 (PG)
