Can’t get a reservation for one of the NYC Restaurant Week eateries? Here’s an alternative: opt instead for Dine in Brooklyn restaurant deals, and chose prix fixe meal deals for as little as $12 at more than three dozen top Brooklyn restaurants.
Dine in Brooklyn is August 11-22, and you can make reservations now on the dineinbk.com website where you can select by area or type of food.
Warning – it takes forever to load, but your patience will pay off, and it won’t blast you out of your seat with music or video, as so many sites do.
Choose that $12 brunch menu, or a $15 two-course lunch, or a $28 three-course dinner.
Participating restaurants include Black Forest in Fort Greene for German specialties including a long list of German beer, Milk River in Prospect Heights for American food and live music, and Purple Yam in Flatbush for top Asian food.
