Get tickets now for this weekend’s annual Maker Faire NYC, for anybody, especially kids, interested in science, technology or making things like your own robot. Maker Faire is sponsored by Barnes & Noble, Google, Intel and and other tech companies.
The 7th annual Maker Faire is Saturday/Sunday, Oct. 1/2 at the New York Hall of Science in Queens, and it’s one of the biggest and best annual family events in NYC.
There’s a huge range of ticket prices for adults, students and kids, starting at $30 ($5 more than last year) .
Best ticket deal: NYC on the Cheap recommends the Family Pass for $25 ($5 more than last year) for up to five people, good Sunday only, and available online only.
There’s also entertainment, with marching bands, power racing, a Drone Zone, and more.
Think of all the science and technology you drive, from keyless entry to blind spot monitoring and the robots on the assembly line.
There are Maker Faire festivals in other cities, too, including Orlando and San Francisco. Find the schedule on the Maker Faire website.
