Best FREE Online Workouts to Motivate You

POSTED BY
Evelyn Kanter
best free online workoutsSince our mental health is connected to our physical well-being, these FREE online and video workouts will help motivate you in 2021 whether or not you are avoiding the gym.

Televised workouts have been around since the 1950s, when The Jack LaLanne Show first began on a local morning TV show  San Francisco.

Jane Fonda, another pioneer in exercise, released her first exercise video, Jane Fonda’s Workout, in 1982 on VHS.  Remember VHS?  Many of her workouts are now available on DVD, which is not quite as prehistoric as VHS.

Fast forward to today, when we are more likely to use apps on our phone or watch YouTube videos for fitness motivation and guidance.

Here are the best FREE video workouts to try.  Some can be upgraded to fee-based customizable workouts.
