Nike has opened an indoor skate park in Williamsburg, with FREE skateboarding sessions through late March, when outdoor skate parks reopen. Registration is required for each two-hour session, limited to ten skaters per session.
The new Nike SB Garage is in an abandoned car wash on Lorimer Street in Williamsburg, filled with ramps and rails adorned with the Nike swoosh logo.
Skaters must register – no walk-ups are permitted – with a limit of one session a day, first-come, first-serve, and sessions book up several days ahead.
You must be at least 13 years old and a member of Nike+ to register.

The Nike SB Garage is open Wednesday to Friday, 2pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8pm.
There are lockers, and some Nike SB footwear to test, plus a small shop for new gear.
The depot is an indoor seasonal replacement for the sprawling outdoor skate park Nike opened along the Brooklyn waterfront last summer, which will return when the cold-weather location closes for the season in late March. The outdoor skate park is a collaboration with local park conservancy Open Space Alliance.
Nike plans to roll out more outdoor parks during the warmer months, also in partnership with the skateboarding community and local parks groups.
