Take the kids to the Three Bears Holiday Bash, the annual puppet variety show in Central Park that celebrates Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa in song, dance, and puppetry. Tickets are just $7 for kids, $10 for the adults they bring along – same price as last year – so this is an affordable holiday family outing. Not to mention it’s lots of fun.
Celebrate the all the traditions of the holidays at this delightful and affordable annual tradition.
The show at the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre runs now through the end of the year, but popular holiday dates are selling out, even with as many as three performances a day.
This story line is simple– a comedy of errors when Baby Bear invites Santa to star in Mama and Papa Bear’s annual holiday show. The audience also gets to join in on the fun with a “12 days of Christmas” sing-a-long during the performance.
Drawing from the stories of Hanukkah, the Night Before Christmas, and Kwanzaa, The Three Bears Holiday Bash is a great way to get into the holiday spirit.
