Monday: Bryant Park Outdoor Film Festival wraps up for the 2015 season with a screening of Back to the Future.
Wednesday: Free lunchtime concerts in Lincoln Center.
Wednesday: The Red Apple Rest on Route 17 was an iconic restaurant and meeting point for anybody who has lived here for longer than a NYC minute. Join Elain Freed Lindenblatt as she shares stories of her family’s 50+ year landmark. At the Mid-Manhattan branch of the NYPL, at 6:30pm.
Thursday: Bronx Music Festival – There’s music and dancing in the streets of the Melrose section at this Salsa-themed block party, from 3pm to 8pm. Event website.
Friday: Summer Salsa White Party – Wrap up the last outdoor summer dance in style with guest dance performances, and a free beginner dance lesson at 6:30PM, at Waterside Plaza, including free face painting and cotton candy for the kids.
