Posh Sale 2015 features the largest Chanel vintage collection ever, plus new and gently worn fashions from designers including Armani, Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Lanvin, Michael Kors, M Missoni, Nicole Miller, Oscar de la Renta, Ralph Lauren and YSL.
This year’s sale kicks off at Lighthouse Guild on 110 East 60th Street with a Benefit Preview on Wednesday, May 13th. The public sale is Thursday, May 14th through Sunday, May 17th.
Some items are donated by designers themselves, including 1,500 Hobo bags, clothing from M Missoni and jewelry from Gerard Yosca. Other items are donated by stylish New Yorkers and celebrities. Not only does POSH give shoppers the chance to purchase designer duds at drastically reduced rates, but all proceeds benefit Lighthouse Guild, the leading not-for-profit vision and healthcare organization.
Since all items are available on a first come, first serve basis, you should buy a ticket to the POSH Benefit Preview & Cocktail Reception on Wednesday, May 13th (6pm – 9pm). Tickets are $200 per person and include passes for all four days of the public sale, as well as a $50 gift card. $175 is tax deductible. So even though $200 sounds like a lot, this is really a cheap deal. Get tickets here.
Hours for the public sale are 11am – 7pm, Thursday to – Saturday, and 11am – 5pm on Sunday. A four-day pass is $30. A one-day ticket is $10. Get tickets here.
