There’s plenty to do in NYC free and cheap this weekend of December. Everything is $15 or less, because NYCOTC believes you can be cheap and still have fun in the greatest city in the world.

Saturday:
Holiday on the Hudson: Tree lighting party, live music you can sing and dance to by the All-City High School Chorus, make holiday decorations. 4-5 p.m. at West Harlem Pier Park, 125th St. and the Hudson River. Event website. 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sunday:
There are four family-friendly Hanukkah events, including concerts, arts and crafts workshops and storytelling, at the Jewish Museum, Museum of Jewish Heritage, Winter Garden at Brookfield Place, and JCC of Manhattan. See the details of each on yesterday’s full NYCOTC posting.
