Third Annual Green Festival at Pier 94: Two days of seminars, cooking demonstrations, exhibits, yoga classes, the chance to purchase GMO-free products.
Earth Day at Fort Tryon Park: Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with FREE eco-friendly projects for the kids and a performance by the Swedish Marionette Theater. At

Crafts on Columbus: Saturday and Sunday, behind the American Museum of Natural History, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
World Tai Chi Day – Celebrate and learn in Bryant Park on Saturday with free classes, demonstrations and more, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bryant Park Website
Safe electronics disposal and recycling events include the chance to win a new MacBook Air.
New York International Auto Show – this is the last weekend to kick the tires of more than 1,000 new cars and trucks, including a bunch of six-figure vroomer droolers named Porsche and Bugatti (okay, they on the other side of protective glass “fences”)
Beetlemania: Celebrate, and remember, the 50th anniversary of the arrival of The Beetles in New York City on their first concert and TV appearance tour. This FREE exhibit at the NYPL at Lincoln Center celebrates the Fab Four and the music that changed the world. Full NYCOTC posting.
