Attend a special screening of the hilarious and iconic Ghostbusters, including an open bar, in Tribeca. The special event pays tribute to someone who has made so many of us laugh over the years, the late Harold Ramis, the writer/director of comedy classics Caddyshack, Groundhog Day, and National Lampoon’s Vacation, and co-star and co-writer of Ghostbusters.
Ramis, who died last month, is known for his razor sharp writing and equally razor sharp comic timing. The tribute show is at Tribeca Cinemas on Varick Street at the corner of Canal Street, on Friday, March 21.
Tickets are $15 directly fromTribeca Cinemas. This is a one-night only event, so buy tickets before they are sold out.
You’ll be paying tribute in the neighborhood that’s home to Ladder 8, the Ghostbusters firehouse, before an open vodka bar at The Varick Room and an 8pm screening of the film.
