Broadway Bites is a new outdoor food market in Herald Square, opening Monday, Oct. 28 for a month. This pop-up market brings some of NYC’s top chefs to Greeley Square Park to serve up comfort food to take away the fall chil, including cuban sandwiches, lentil and ginger stew, spiked apple cider, lobster chili, gouda grilled cheese, ‘cookies and milk’ flavored bantam bagels, classic Pat LaFrieda beef sliders along with cold pressed juices and other veggie fare.
Broadway Bites is at 33rd Street between Broadway and Sixth Ave., open daily from 11am-9pm until November 24th. The goal is to bring talented chefs and small, growing businesses to an area of the city that tends to favor chains. It’s all about sharing the culinary wealth.
