Everybody remembers exactly where they were the morning of Sept. 11, 2001. NYC’s Skyscraper Museum is celebrating the memory of the World Trade Center with a special exhibit and gallery talk on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, with museum director Carol Willis. The gallery talk is FREE with museum admission, which is just $5, $2.50 for students and seniors, and free for members.
The Skyscraper Museum., just north of Battery Park and a short walk from the World Trade Center site, has a collection of more than 500 photos of the construction of the Twin Towers.
The Museum is open Wednesday-Sunday from 12-6pm.
The exhibit on the 100th anniversary of the Woolworth Building, once the tallest skyscraper in the world, has been extended through Sept. 15. Click here to read the NYCOTC review of the exhibit.
