Lincoln Center — There’s s donation box is available now in the lobby at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center at Lincoln Center, 144 W. 65th St. between Broadway and Amsterdam. At the moment, this is what they want and it’s a pretty good guide for donations everywhere –in alphabetical order —
Batteries, Bottled Water, Blankets, Candles & Matches/Lighters, Canned Goods,, Coats/Sweatshirts, Diapers (Children & Adults)/Wipes/Powder, Dog & Cat Food,, Dried Fruits & Non-Perishables, Flashlights, Hand Sanitizer, Paper Towels, Sanitary Napkins, Socks
Upper West Side — I just dropped off several bags of clothing, blankets and sturdy canvas totebags at a NYC housing shelter at 206 West 84th, between Broadway and Amsterdam. They are also looking for volunteers to help sort the growing pile of donations.
Riverside Church — accepting donations and volunteers to help sort them, at Riverside Drive and 120th Street
JCC — accepting donations in the lobby. Amsterdam Avenue at 76th Street.
