Just in case you missed the article in the New York Times, there are serious software snafus.
The same company contracted to operate the NYC program also is operating the Chicago program, where launch has been pushed back until next year — but that’s because of problems finding parking spaces, or docking stations, not software glitches. Whatever. The bottom line is this — there’s no official start date now for the NYC bike share program.
