Bounce Sporting Club claims to be inspired by the 50s and 60s, but the huge plasma TV screens that polka-dot the two huge locations are very state-of-the-art today, and so are the prices for drinks, wings and other menu items. Bounce Sporting Club is at 55 West 21st, in the Flatiron District. It’s a cavernous space, large enough to house those 30 plasma screens. This is part sports bar, part disco, and all energy. Stick to beer, since pitchers cost between $17-$22, and avoid the hard liquor, since bottle prices start at $250 and climb to $400, which is not NYC on the cheap.
