Honda holds the first-ever 3-D takeover of Times Square on Thursday, Sept. 23, to support the launch of the all-new CR-Z sport hybrid coupe. It will be the first time 3-D footage will be broadcasted to the public space. Honda is running a special 3-D footage of the CR-Z hybrid car on the Times Square HD Spectacolor screen, on Broadway between 46th and 47th Street. Also, Sony will provide 3-D Gran Turismo 5 racing simulators, and Maxim Magazine models are giving away copies of their special 3-D October issue . The 3-d special event is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and at At 12:30 p.m. there is a special performance from chart-topping hip-hop trio, N.E.R.D. Other on-site activities include live screen printing, 3-D photo booths and prize giveaways.
