Monday Menus — This isn’t exactly a happy hour deal, since the freebie starts at 8 p.m.  Monday is Margarita & Taco night at Village Pourhouse, when you can get a free taco with the purchase of a Margarita, or pay $1 for a taco with the purchase of another type of beverage.  Village Pourhouse is at 64 Third Avenue, at 1st Street in the East Village.  This deal does not apply at the Village Pourhouse at 982 Amsterdam Ave. on the Upper West Side, where Monday is Wing Night, with all-you-can-eat in two hours for $16.95.
