These white shrimp are farm-raised in Thailand with strict standards for environmental protection, including annual third-party audits to ensure that farming practices meet Whole Foods Market’s Responsibly Farmed seafood standards, which prohibit phosphate and sulfite preservatives, antibiotics, and the use of feed containing poultry or mammalian products.
