The zombie-themed 2012 Bronx Haunted Warehouse opens October 5th with screams galore. Formerly called Nightmare: Z-Day, the new fright night experience is bigger and scarier than before, with zombies chasing you from room to room amid Hollywood-style special effects, in a 15-20 minute scarey trip through uneven patches, dark stretches, ceilings of varying heights that require taller visitors to bend down, hands grabbing out at you from the darkness, etc.
The Bronx Haunted Warehouse is open through October 31st. Click here to get tickets for $11, half off the regular $22 price. No one under fourteen years of age will be admitted without a parent or guardian, and no children under 10 will be admitted at all. The house is not recommended for anybody with back or heart problems, pregnant women, anybody afraid of the dark, or those prone to seizures or anxiety attacks. Hey, it’s supposed to scare you.
